- 1 pound brown sugar
- 12 cups of honey
- 1 tsp liquid smokiness flavoring
- 12 CUP APPLE CUCUMBER VINEGAR
- 1 whole salmon fillet (4 pounds)
Preheat the grill to high.
Brown sugar, honey, liquid smoke, and vinegar should all be combined in a small bowl.
Brush the salmon with the basting sauce on one side. Place the salmon on the grill, basted side down. After 7 minutes, generously baste the top and flip. Cook for another 8 minutes, then brush with more basting sauce, turn, and cook for another 2 minutes. Take care not to overcook the salmon, as it will lose its juice flavor if cooked for an extended period of time.
