- 2 paprika teaspoons
- 2 teaspoons coriander powder
- 2 teaspoons cumin powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 lb. flank steak, cut into strips

Combine the paprika, coriander, cumin, garlic salt, and pepper in a large resalable plastic bag. Shake the bag with the steak to coat it. Allow sitting in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Preheat the oven broiler to high. Grease a baking sheet lightly.
Place the steak on a baking sheet and broil for 5 minutes on each side, or until done to preference. Serve with Ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
